1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hypro Light web application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hypro Light is a free, browser-based workout tracker operated by Hypertro AS. It provides:

• Curated training plans from IFBB Pro coaches
• Exercise details with sets, reps, and rest periods
• Basic workout session tracking stored locally on your device
• Session history stored in your browser

Hypro Light does not require an account. All workout data is stored locally in your browser and is not synced to any server. For full features including progress tracking, coaching, and cloud sync, see the full Hypro app.

3. Proprietary Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership

All training plans, workout programs, exercise descriptions, text, images, design, code, branding, logos, and all other content available through Hypro Light (collectively, “Content”) are owned by Hypertro AS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Norway and international treaties.

Limited License

Hypertro AS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely through the Hypro Light web application and the Hypro app for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from Hypertro AS:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any Content from Hypro Light
• Use Content outside of the Hypro ecosystem (Hypro Light or the Hypro app)
• Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit any Content
• Create derivative works based on the Content, including repackaging training plans for use in other apps, websites, or services
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Content from the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Reservation of Rights

Hypertro AS reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

4. Training Plan Disclaimer

All training plans and exercise content provided through Hypro Light are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized medical or therapeutic prescriptions. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any exercise is appropriate for your fitness level and health status.

Before starting any new exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

By using Hypro Light and following any training plans, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree that you exercise entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

1. Hypertro AS, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, physical harm, or death resulting from the use of our Service or following any training plans or exercise content.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or other intangible losses.
3. Workout data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser storage being cleared, device changes, or any other cause.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer its code, or use automated systems to scrape or download Content.

7. Privacy and Analytics

Your privacy is important to us. Hypro Light does not require an account and does not store personal data on our servers. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Hypro Light is operated by Hypertro AS, a company registered in Norway (Org. nr. 936343503).

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at support@hypro.app. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of Hypro Light after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
