Hypro Light (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a free workout tracker operated by Hypertro AS, a company registered in Norway (Org. nr. 936343503). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the Hypro Light web application (“Service”).

Hypro Light is designed with privacy in mind. It does not require an account, does not store personal data on our servers, and uses cookieless analytics.

3. Local Storage

Hypro Light stores workout data (session history, preferences) locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Can be cleared by you at any time through your browser settings
• Will be lost if you clear browser data, switch browsers, or change devices

4. Analytics

We use PostHog for cookieless, privacy-focused analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve the experience:

• No cookies: We do not set tracking cookies on your device
• No cross-site tracking: We do not track you across other websites
• Anonymous: Analytics data is not linked to any personal identity
• Do Not Track: We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting

Hypro Light is operated by Hypertro AS, registered in Norway, which serves as the data controller. Because we use cookieless analytics and do not collect personal data, our processing activities are minimal.
